ANDY RAHDEN

Andy Rahden is currently the Senior Vice President of Solution Engineering and Services at Bentley Systems, a global leader in infrastructure software solutions.

With more than 25 years of experience in the digital design and technology industry, Andy has held leadership roles spanning technology, business growth, and executive management. He previously served as CEO of Shmoop, an education technology company. Prior to Shmoop, Andy founded and led the Creative, Design, and Engineering portfolio at Pluralsight, helping scale the business through a period of significant growth and the company’s successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Autodesk, leading global teams across the Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment, and Architecture, Engineering & Construction industries. Andy has also served on several boards and has been an active investor and advisor, contributing strategic, sales, technical, and operational expertise.
